Co-founder of Covenant and the power behind the dream, Praweesh is a Mechanical Engineer and a Management Graduate from CEG Guindy Anna University. Skilled in management strategies, Praweesh handles Covenant's HR-Advisory, Training & Shared Services practices. He also manages the Administration and the Finance functions of Covenant. He takes a keen interest in Business Development and Covenant’s innovative programmes.

Praweesh has a natural bent for recognizing and nurturing talent, and focuses on creating ideas that result in profits for Covenant’s customers.

Daniel leads the HR Advisory and Outsourcing Services at Covenant. With extensive experience in building Great Companies to Work For in India, he designs customized OD interventions and training program to unleash the full potential of organizations and individuals. He handled several OD initiatives to enable organizations to accelerate growth and be an Employer of Choice

Daniel is a graduate in Business Administration and a post graduate in Human Resource Management and Social Work. He has advanced training in Competency Model, Psychometric Assessments, Transactional Analysis and Leadership Development. Prior to joining the Covenant team, he was associated with companies like Hindustan Unilever, OTIS, Infosys Technologies, Syntel Software, Ajuba Solutions and Consim in Human Resources Development

Co-founder of the company, Joshua is the Operations Head at Covenant. His resourcing experience in various verticals and his wide corporate network has stood Covenant in good stead with clients in India and abroad. An integral part of the Indian recruitment industry, Joshua’s skills lie in the identification of emerging industries, setting up of new systems and scaling up organisations. He is a visiting faculty in leading management schools and also juggles time as a Radio Jockey in the weekends.

Joshua holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a Post Graduation in Management.

With eight years of experience in executive search and staffing industry, Cheruba is fascinated with human resources. Her passion is fitting the right people to the right positions, and nothing gives her greater satisfaction than taking Covenant ahead – not surprising, since she was the company’s very first employee. Cheruba is a Commerce Graduate and has studied management at the Department of Management Studies, University of Madras.

Victor Simon who is the Center Head of Pune branch has six years of experience in the service industry, and over seven years in core recruitment, training and development, he looks after Sales and Marketing recruitment business of Covenant. Victor also manages the Branch Operations of Covenant.v

Murali’s background of English literature may be the reason he’s so good with people. Skilled at whatever he sets his hand to.With over seven years of experience in administration,Murali is delivery-oriented, and his quick thinking and apt solutions to problems are assets to the company. Vendor relations are Murali’s responsibility, and he’s great at organizing memorable events – a fine sportsman, too!

Peter has over seven years of experience,He heads the manufacturing practice for Covenant. A natural leader, Peter loves to work under pressure and is a globally recognized expert in the recruitment field. He has a degree in English Literature as well as an M.B.A.

Rajesh, who has a degree in statistics and a PG degree in HR, is particularly experienced in IT recruitment for more than six years. He heads the IT practice at Covenant. Competitive and enthusiastic, Rajesh is constantly raising the bar of customer satisfaction.

Helan has been with the company since 2003,She now heads the CXO & Support Practice of Covenant.

Deborah has a degree in commerce from the University of Madras and an MBA , She is a career counselor as well as a recruiter. She presently heads the ITES practice at Covenant and has played a vital role in the ITES recruitment business of Covenant.

Sweety, who is a graduate in English literature also has a PG degree in HR Management, she has over four years of Recruitment Experience. She manages the operations in Covenant's Bangalore branch. Her exceptional skills in Leadership and Client Relations has helped Covenant move forward continually in its glorious journey in Bangalore.

Prince is an M.B.A. in H.R.,with 3 years of recruitment experience, an aspiring professional and an expert recruiter. Has successfully handled Finance, Shared Services & IT recruitments,He has also ventured successfully into the Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas stream. Has tremendous willingness to learn and takes everyday of life as a page in a wisdom workbook.

Srinath has a Master’s degree in Management with around 3 Years of experience in Sourcing and Core Recruiting, he earned a distinct recognition for credibility and resourcefulness in the industry. He continues to play an integral part in Covenant’s electrifying expansion of Hyderabad team and has been instrumental in the team crossing one milestone after another.Today under his leadership, the team has emerged as a force to reckon in the field of Recruitment.

Sreekanth Pabboju holds a B.Tech degree in Metallurgy and Material Technology and Masters in Business Administration. He has 3 years of experience in sourcing, client relationship and extensive involvement in people and Business development. After a stint in Executive Search, he has been elevated to head Hyderabad Branch in recognition of his ability to nurture the branch to the top. According to him, capability building and empowerment are fundamental aspects for professional success.
