Co-founder of Covenant and the power behind the dream, Praweesh is a mechanical engineer and a management graduate from CEG Guindy Anna University. Skilled in management strategies, Praweesh looks after Administration and Finance and takes a keen interest in business development as well as Covenant’s innovative programmes.
Praweesh has a natural bent for recognizing and nurturing talent, and focuses on creating ideas that result in profits for Covenant’s customers.

Co-founder of the company, Joshua is the Operations Head at Covenant. His resourcing experience in various verticals and his wide corporate network has stood Covenant in good stead with clients in India and abroad. An integral part of the Indian recruitment industry, Joshua’s skills lie in the identification of emerging industries, setting up of new systems and scaling up organisations. He is a visiting faculty in leading management schools and also juggles time as a Radio Jockey in the weekends.
Joshua holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a Post Graduation in Management.

With five years of experience in executive search and staffing industry, Cheruba is fascinated with human resources. Her passion is fitting the right people to the right positions, and nothing gives her greater satisfaction than taking Covenant ahead – not surprising, since she was the company’s very first employee. Cheruba is a Commerce Graduate and has studied management at the Department of Management Studies, University of Madras.

With six years of experience in the service industry, and three years in core recruitment, training and development, Victor Simonlooks after sales and marketing recruitment. Victor has a B.B.A. degree from M.K. University, a diploma in hotel management from Loyola College and a PG diploma from the Indian Institute of Hotel Management.

Murali’s background of English literature may be the reason he’s so good with people. Skilled at whatever he sets his hand to, Murali is delivery-oriented, and his quick thinking and apt solutions to problems are assets to the company. Vendor relations are Murali’s responsibility, and he’s great at organising memorable events – a fine sportsman, too!

B.S. Dueman is the Functional Head for Financial Recruitment at Covenant. A commerce graduate of Madras Christian College, and an M.B.A. holder from St. Mary's School of Management Studies, Dueman is known for his integrity and deep interest in financial recruitment.

Peter heads the manufacturing practice for Covenant. A natural leader, Peter loves to work under pressure and is a globally recognized expert in the recruitment field. He has a degree in English Literature as well as an M.B.A.

Rajesh, who has a degree in statistics and a PG degree in HR, is particularly experienced in IT recruitment. He heads the IT practice at Covenant. Competitive and enthusiastic, Rajesh is constantly raising the bar of customer satisfaction.

Susan has a P. G. degree in HR and Marketing, and has a comprehensive understanding of technical recruitment. Her strengths are in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Generic skills and she attends to middle and senior level positions. IT recruitment is her forte and she has developed it into a Strategic Business Unit. Susan is also closely involved with process improvement and service excellence. She also currently heads the IT practice at Covenant.

Helan heads the ITES practice for Covenant. She’s been with the company since 2003 and has played a vital role in BPO recruitment here.

Deborah has a degree in commerce from the University of Madras and an MBA from the Institute of Modern Management (IMM). She is a career counsellor as well as a recruiter. She is also presently the Centre Head for Solutions at Covenant.

Diana joined the company in 2005 as an Executive HR analyst, and today, looks after the centre in Hyderabad. Her subject is business management but her expertise in recruitment, particularly in the sales & marketing and banking fields, have made her a force to be reckoned with in the industry.

Gracia’s commitment to Covenant’s values is deep and abiding. Ever since she joined the company in 2005, she has been involved with post-recruitment, internal recruitment, campus recruitment and training. Gracia has a B.Sc. in Electronics from Madras University and an M.B.A. in HR from Karunya University. She is well versed in BPO recruitment and currently heads Recruitment at Covenant.

Nathaniel is a mechanical engineer who found himself drawn towards human resource management. Nathaniel’s leadership of the Bangalore centre s based on the principles he has absorbed at Covenant. His team is urged on by encouragement and appreciation, as he seeks to develop their skills as his own were honed.
